
Gus is a technology evangelist and leader with broad experience from his 20 years in senior roles as Chief Technology Officer for a number of organisations from bootstrapped startups to enterprise consultancy organisations.
With a “Change the world” attitude, he is also CEO of Atam ID Technologies leveraging cutting edge biometric and blockchain technologies for identity use cases including KYC & CDD, and also holds a number of advisory positions at fintech and other startups.
He is regular speaker at conferences on various technology and leadership topics including Identity, Cybersecurity and Blockchain and has been investing in cryptocurrencies since mining litecoins in 2013.

Jonathan Day is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of experience in providing financial and business advice to Jersey businesses and individuals. He is the founder of a Jersey accountancy practice, which specialises in supporting local start-up and fast growth businesses in the Fintech space. He was the first local provider of Xero, a cloud based accounting solution and is currently their only Jersey based Gold Partner.
Jonathan has held a number of senior positions, both on and off-island which include Chief Operating Officer of a Jersey Fund Administration firm, Finance Director of a Jersey telecoms company and Chief Finance Officer of a Jersey Property Management firm.
He is a member of the Virtual Currency Steering Group and co-founder of BlockCraft Limited and bit.coin.je. Both aim to support the development of blockchain activities in Jersey and enable a collaborative approach to Fintech innovation in Jersey.

Neil is an investor and business man with a portfolio spanning property, on-trade and retail as well as technology, audio visual and events companies.
For the last 10 years he has been focused on electronics manufacturing in the lighting and lighting control sector and owns and operate a company based in Edinburgh, Scotland but providing services worldwide.
Neil has been actively involved in the cryptocurrency ecosystem since 2012 asa consultant and investor. Neil is the project lead on Million Blocks, a startup running out of the Lower East Side, NYC.

Andrew Horbury is the CEO and Founder of Blackfort Digital Currency Management.
Andrew frequently provides training & consulting to a variety of financial services firms and business schools on FinTech, with a core focus on Blockchain and Virtual Currency and the AML/CFT risks presented by them.
Andrew has previously spent time in London, Jersey and Luxembourg working in Wealth and Investment Management for leading financial institutions such as UBS and Blackrock.
Educated at Victoria College in Jersey, Andrew obtained a diploma in law from the University of London and studied International Financial Services (BSc) at Jersey International Business School. Andrew holds an Advanced Certificate in Managing Virtual Currency Financial Crime Risks as well as a number of qualifications awarded by the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment.
